Section 466

Licensee to provided plungers and valinches

- The licensee shall provide every warehouse with two perforated plungers for the purpose of stirring spirits after blending and reduction and two valinches or a syphon-tube for drawing spirits from casks when full, and also a sufficient number of buckets.
