- At the close of each quarter the Excise Officer-in-charge of distillery, brewery or the manufactory shall submit in duplicate through the Collector of the district of export to the Excise Commissioner, Assam, a quarterly statement, in such form as may be prescribed by the Excise Commissioner, showing for the quarter concerned, all exports of spirituous preparations exported to other states.
