- (i) The room in which rectified or denatured spirit or absolute alcohol is stored by vendors thereof, or by person, licensed to possess the same in large quantities, shall be built of un-inflammable materials and shall be well ventilated so as to prevent the accumulation of spirit fumes. Naked light or fire shall not be used or kept in such room. All receptacles containing such spirit shall be kept closed so as to prevent accumulation of spirit fumes in the room.
