- When any officer makes any arrest, seizure or search he must draw up a preliminary report in the barest outline in the prescribed form. The report must be submitted to the Superintendent of Excise within 24 hours of the arrest, seizure or search. In sub-division the report will be sent to the Deputy Superintendent of Excise.
