- The holder of a licence for the retail vend of foreign liquor or country spirit for consumption "On " or "Off " the premises is prohibited from serving any drunken person with liquor or from permitting any such person to remain in his shop. He will further be held responsible for drunkenness and disorderly conduct causing scandal, nuisance or obstruction that occur in the neighbourhood of his shop by such persons who have purchased liquor at his shop, or by others in company with such person.
