- The spirit supplied to warehouses shall be of good quality according to the standard for the time being prescribed by the State Government and shall be the produce of materials specified in the licence. If any spirit supplied to a warehouse be found by the officer-in-charge to be of inferior quality or otherwise unsuitable for issue to licensed vendors, he shall stop its issue and submit a sample to the Excise Commissioner, and it may, after analysis, be rejected or destroyed or otherwise dealt with under the orders of the Excise Commissioner. All spirits supplied to warehouses shall be subject to such periodical analysis as the Excise Commissioner may direct.
