Licences for retail sale of denatured spirit shall be granted by the Collector with the previous sanction of the Excise Commissioner on payment of annual licence fees of Rs.5,000.00 ((Rupees five thousand only). The licence granted under this Rule shall be renewed by the Collector annually with the previous sanction of the Excise Commissioner on satisfactory records and on payment of annual licence fees.
