(1) All revenue courts in the State shall be subordinate to the Chief Commissioner. (2) All revenue courts specified in sub-clauses (iv) to (viii) of clause (35) of section 4 shall be subordinate to the collector, and the revenue courts specified in sub-clauses (vi) to (viii) of the said clause shall be subordinate to the sub-divisional officer of the area within which they exercise jurisdiction. (3) An assistant record officer shall be subordinate to the record officer.
