On the commencement
of this Act, the undertaking of every existing bank shall be transferred to, and shall vest in, the
corresponding new bank.
Chapter II — TRANSFER OF THE UNDERTAKINGS OF EXISTING BANKS AND SHARE CAPITALS OF THE CORRESPONDING NEW BANKS
