(1)
While making appointments to various posts in the University, the University shall give priority to efficiency and economy without compromising on the quality of work to be accomplished by each employee.
(2)
No excessive manpower shall be created and wherever possible, the University shall appoint employees on contractual basis on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.
(3)
Administrative work and maintenance of record may, as far as possible, be conducted by modern methods like computerization for reasons of efficiency, economy and transparency.
(4)
The methods of selection and appointment, remuneration, terms and conditions of service of teaching and non- teaching employees of the University not already laid down in this Act, shall be, as prescribed by the statutes and ordinances.
