(1)

The parties to any case or their counsel may be allowed to inspect the record of the case on making an application in Form VI to the Registrar.

(2)

Subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Chairperson by a general or special order, a person who is not a party to the proceeding, may also be allowed to inspect the proceeding after obtaining the permission of the Registrar in writing.

(3)

The applicant or his Counsel or other authorised representative shall pay such fees or charges as may be specified by the Chairperson by general or special order for the inspection of the records of a case.
