[Section 65. Power to make rules regulating disposal of confiscated articles and rewards.]

The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for regulating the disposal of any narcotic drug, psychotropic substance, controlled substance or conveyance confiscated under this Act and the conditions subject to which the proceeds of the sale, if any, may be applied and for the grant of rewards to officers and informers.
