- These rules shall apply to all minerals, except-

1. minerals notified as minor minerals specified under clause (e) of section 3

1. minerals specified in Part A of the First Schedule to the Act and
2. minerals specified in Part B of the First Schedule to the Act having grade equal to or more than the threshold value as specified and notified under the Atomic Minerals Concession Rule, 2016.]
