becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 5; or
has, in the opinion of the Central Government, ceased to represent the interest by virtue of which he was appointed or elected; or
refuses to act or becomes incapable of acting; or
is, without the previous permission of the Board absent from six consecutive ordinary meetings of the Board; or
is absent from the meetings of the Board for a period exceeding six consecutive months; or
acts in contravention of the provisions of this Act.
