This Act may be cited as the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951.

[ It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.

This section shall come into force at once and Sections 2 to 38 shall be in force in the Mahakoshal region, and shall come into force in the other regions of the State on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct.] [Substituted by M.P.
