Chapter SCHEDULE — IN ARTICLE 65, IN THE SECOND COLUMN, FOLLOWING WORDS SHALL BE ADDED AT THE END, NAMELY:-- "BUT 30 YEARS IN RESPECT OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY BELONGING TO A MEMBER OF THE SCHEDULE TRIBES AS SPECIFIED IN PART III TO THE SCHEDULE TO THE CONSTITUTION (SCHEDULED TRIBES) ORDER, 1950". — In Article 65, in the second column, following words shall be added at the end, namely:-- "but 30 years in respect of immovable property belonging to a member of the Schedule Tribes as specified in Part III to the Schedule to the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950".
