(1)

Every Middleman or Estate Agent by whatever name called who is engaged in brokerage of houses shall register his name with the Controller of the area in which he is so engaged in such manner and within such period and on payment of such fee, as may be prescribed.

(2)

A middleman or Estate Agent shall be entitled for commission at such rate as may be prescribed.

(3)

Every Middleman or Estate Agent shall renew his registration within such time and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
