Whoever contravenes any order made under sub-section (1) of section 64, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.

(2)

Whoever contravenes any order made under sub-section (2) of section 64, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
