(1)

The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, establish a Commission to be called the State Security Commission for the purpose of exercising such functions and discharging such duties as may be assigned to the Commission, by or under this Act.

The State Security Commission shall consist of the following members, namely:-

The terms and conditions of appointment and allowance payable thereof to the retired judge shall be such as may be prescribed.
