- The following information shall be confidential, namely:-

1. Digital Signature Certificate application, whether approved or rejected;
2. Digital Signature Certificate information collected from the subscriber or elsewhere as part of the registration and verification record but not included in the Digital Signature Certificate information; (c) subscriber agreement.
