Every Certifying Authority shall—

1. ensure the compliance of the provisions of this Act, rules, regulations and orders made thereunder by all persons, agencies, intermediaries and service providers authorised or licensed under the Act;
2. take such steps and measures as may be necessary to ensure compliance of the cyber security conditions and other parameters while issuing Electronic Signature Certificates.
