1. validate any testamentary disposition which would otherwise have been invalid;

1. invalidate any such disposition which would otherwise have been valid;
2. deprive any person of any right of maintenance to which he would otherwise have been entitled; or
3. affect the Administrator General’s Act, 1913 1(3 of 1913).
