(1) If the liquidator or the resolution professional, as the case may be, believes on reasonable grounds that the corporate debtor has at a relevant time entered into a transaction to defraud its creditors, the liquidator or the resolution professional, as the case may be, may apply to the Adjudicating Authority for such orders as it may deem fit.
(2) An order under this section may—
- restore the position as it existed before such transaction as if the transaction had not been made;
- protect the interests of persons who are victims of such transactions.
