No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the Board or its Chairperson or members or officers or employees or any other person authorised by the Central Government or the Board in respect of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done under this Code or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
