(1) The meeting of the creditors under section 133 shall be conducted by the bankruptcy trustee.

(2) The quorum at a meeting of creditors shall be present when creditors representing a majority in value of the creditors are present.

(3) The creditors may, at the meeting, constitute a committee of creditors.
