(1) The Adjudicating Authority shall, on the passing of the bankruptcy order under section 126, appoint an insolvency professional to act as a bankruptcy trustee for the administration of the estate of the bankrupt and the distribution of the estate of the bankrupt among the creditors.

(2) The bankruptcy trustee shall be appointed in such manner as may be specified.
