(1)

A medical board [or a panel thereof] [These words were inserted, by Bombay 22 of 1960, Section 6(b) and (e).] so constituted shall perform such functions [as are prescribed] [These words were substituted for the words 'as are provided by or under this Act' by Bombay 22 of 1960, Section 6(b) and (e).];
(3)
The procedure regarding the work of the medical board [or a panel thereof] [These words were inserted, by Bombay 22 of 1960, Section 6(b) and (e).] shall be as may be prescribed.
(4)
The members of the medical board [or a panel thereof] [These words were inserted, by Bombay 22 of 1960, Section 6(b) and (e).] shall be entitled to such fees and allowances as may be prescribed.
