The Board may, by general or special order, delegate to any director or any officer or other employee of the Exim Bank, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under this Act as it may deem necessary.

The Board has been authorised to delegate to any director or any officer or any other employee of the Exim Bank, such powers and functions as may be deemed necessary.
