The Board shall furnish to the State Government at such times and in such form and manner as may be prescribed or as the State Government may direct, such statistics and returns and such particulars in regard to any proposed or existing scheme as the State Government may from time to time require.

The Board may at any time by notice in writing require any licensee [or person or agency] [ Substituted by Act 115 of 1976, Section 30 (w.r.e.f. 8.10.1976).] supplying electricity for public or private purposes or generating electricity for his own use to furnish it with such information and accounts relating to such supply or generation and in such form and manner as the notice may specify:
