The said statement shall include a statement of the salaries of [members and officers and other employees] of the Board and of such other particulars as may be prescribed.

The State Government shall, as soon as may be after the receipt of the said statement, cause it to be laid on the table of the [House] [ Substituted by A.O. 1950, for " Chamber " ], or as the case may be, [Houses] [ Substituted by A.O. 1950, for " Chambers " ] of the State Legislature; and the said statement shall be open to discussion therein, but shall not be subject to vote.
