(1)

The salaries and allowances payable to the Chairperson and other Members of the Authority shall be as follows-

(a) the Chairperson shall be paid a consolidated monthly salary of two lakh fifty thousand rupees and shall not be entitled to any allowance relating to house and vehicle;

(b) the Member shall be paid a consolidated monthly salary of two lakh rupees and shall not be entitled to any allowance relating to house and vehicle.

The Chairperson and other Member shall be entitled to thirty days of earned leave for every completed year of service.

(3)

The other allowances and conditions of service of the Chairperson and the Members shall be such as may be determined by the appropriate Government from time to time.
