- The Local Government may, with the sanction of the [President] [A.L.O., 1950 [C.O. 4], dated 26-1-1950 (w.e.f. 26-1-1950).] in Council, place any tribe, gang or class, which has been declared to be criminal, or any part thereof, in a reformatory settlement.
