No execution shall be issued on any decree passed against the Union of India or against a State Government, but the decree shall be sent to the Government concerned for satisfaction, which shall certify to the Court within three months or such further period as the Court may allow, whether the decree has been satisfied or the extent to which it has been satisfied.
