The State Government shall have the right at any time to apply to the Court to make an order for the payment of court-fees under rule 10, rule 11 or rule 11A.

High Court Amendments-[Kerala].-Same as that of Madras-(9-6-1959). [Madras].-Rule 12, shall be re-numbered as sub-rule (1) of that rule; and after sub-rule(1) of rule 12, the following sub-rule shall be added, namely:"(2) Notice to State Government before payment.-No order for payment out of money standing to the credit or any suit instituted in forma pauperis shall be made on the application of any party except after notice given to the Government Pleader on behalf of the Government."-(1O-8-1955).
