The Government pleader in any Court shall be the agent of the Government for the purpose of receiving processes against the Government issued by such Court.

High Court Amendment-[Rajasthan].-For Rule 4, substitute the following rule, namely:-"4. The Government pleader in any Court or an officer appointed for the purpose by the Government shall be the agent of the Government for the purpose of receiving processes agaitist the Government, issued by such Court."
