Every warrant for the arrest of a judgment-debtor shall direct the officer entrusted with its execution to bring him before the Court with all convenient speed, unless the amount which he has been ordered to pay, together with the interest thereon and the costs (if any) to which he is liable, be sooner paid.

[Karnataka].-At the end of rule 38 convert the full stop into a colon and add the following: "or unless satisfaction of the decree be endorsed by the decree-holder on the warrant in the manner provided in sub-rule (3) of rule 25 of this Order."-(R.O.C. [Madras].-In rule 38, for the full stop at the end of the rule a comma shall be substituted and the words "or unless satisfaction of the decree be endorsed by the decree-holder on the warrant in the manner provided in rule 25(2) above" shall be added.
