[Section 7. Oath to be taken by Coroner.]
Every Coroner shall, before entering on the duties of his office, take the following oath before the High Court or any Judge thereof, or, in the case of Coroners appointed for any place other than the Presidency towns, before any Magistrate:
"I swear that I will faithfully perform the duties of Coroner for _______ to the best of my ability and that I will in all cases faithfully endeavour to ascertain the cause of death."
