- A product liability action may be brought by a complainant against a product manufacturer or a product service provider or a product seller, as the case may be, for any harm caused to him on account of a defective product.
- A product liability action may be brought against more than one product manufacturer or product service provider or product seller, as the case may be, if the harm has been caused by reason of the combined effect of the defect in the product or the deficiency in service and the product liability action shall be taken against each of them, severally or jointly.
