- All notices required by this Act to be served shall be served in the manner hereinafter mentioned.
- The service of notices may be made by delivering or transmitting a copy thereof by registered post or by speed post or by courier or by any other means of transmission of documents like fax message or electronic mail to the person or to his agent or to the address provided by him.
- Where the person on whom notice is to be served is a company or corporation, the service may be deemed to be effected if the notice is left at, or sent by post or electronic mail to the registered office of the company or corporation.
