The Central Pollution Control Board shall,-

prepare operational guidelines related to environmental management of construction and demolition waste management;
analyze and collate the data received from the State Pollution Control Boards or Pollution Control Committee to review these rules from time to time;
coordinate with all the State Pollution Control Board and Pollution Control Committees for any matter related to development of environmental standards;
forward annual compliance report to Central Government before the 30th August for each financial year based on reports given by State Pollution Control Boards of Pollution Control Committees.
