(1)

The site for storage and processing or recycling facilities for construction and demolition waste shall be selected as per the criteria given in Schedule I;

(2)

The operator of the facility as specified in sub-rules (1) shall apply in Form I for authorization from State Pollution Control Board or Pollution Control Committee.

(3)

The operator of the facility shall submit the annual report to the State Pollution Control Board in Form II.

(4)

Application of materials made from construction and demolition waste in operation of sanitary landfill shall be as per the criteria given in Schedule II.
