(1) If a person fails to comply with, or contravenes, any direction or order issued or made by the Commission under sections 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 42 or 42A of this Act, the Commission may apply to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal for execution of such direction or order in the same manner in which it could be executed as if it were a decree or order made by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

(2) Where any amount is recovered by the Commission under this section, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of section 47.
