- A company shall on payment of fee, send a copy of each of the following documents to a member within seven days of the request being made by him-

(1)

the memorandum;

(2)

the articles;

(3)

every agreement and every resolution referred to in sub-section (1) of section 117, if and so far as they have not been embodied in the memorandum and articles.
