The Securities and Exchange Board may, by such rules or regulations, as it may make in this behalf, provide for all or any of the following matters relating to issue and transfer of securities, the conditions subject to which the prospectus shall be issued, the matters to be disclosed in the prospectus, the manner in which the prospectus shall be filed with the Registrar, the time and conditions subject to which a variation to the terms of contract referred to in section 27, the manner in which an offer under this section is to be made and the contents of the letter of offer, and such other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
Chapter III — Prospectus and Allotment of Securities
