- If, in the opinion of a police officer not below the rank of a Sub-inspector or a Motor Vehicles inspector, any public service vehicle is at any time loaded in contravention of the rules 129 to 135 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, he may order the driver or other person in charge of the motor vehicles to remove or repack the inflammable or dangerous substance.
