After fitment of liquified Petroleum Gas-Kit on in-use vehicle, the agent shall issue a certificate under rule 115C of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, stating the registration number, the engine and chasis number of the vehicle, name of the registered owner, date of fitment and the number of the Liquified Petroleum Gas-Kit.

Every agent shall maintain a register in Form XX, in duplicate, which shall be in a bound book with pages serially numbered.

At the end of every month, the agent shall send the register to the Licensing Authority of the area for verification and record.

(4)

The register shall be produced for inspection of demand by any officer empowered by the Licensing Authority in this behalf.
