- If it is a tourist vehicle or tourist motor cab, whether the provisions of rule 128 of the C.M.V. Rules have been followed in detail :
- If it is a goods carriage for transportation of dangerous and hazardous substance, whether the provisions of rules 129, 130, 131, 132. 133, 134, 137 of the C.M.V. Rules have been strictly followed :
- If the Driver has adequate qualification as prescribed in rules 135 and 136 of the C.M.V. Rules :
