530. Trial and proceedings to be held in electronic mode.

All trials, inquiries and proceedings under this Sanhita, including—

1. issuance and service of summons and warrants through electronic means;
2. examination of complainants and witnesses;
3. recording of evidence;
4. appellate proceedings;
5. all other proceedings to the extent possible,

may be held in electronic mode, by use of electronic communication or by the use of audio-video electronic means.
