110. Reciprocal arrangements regarding processes.

(1) Where the Central Government has entered into a reciprocal arrangement with any country or place outside India for the service and execution of criminal processes, such processes may be sent to a Court in such country or place for execution; and processes issued by any Court in such country or place may be received by a Court in India and executed as if they had been issued by such Court.

(2) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules providing for the form in which processes may be issued and the procedure for execution of such processes in India or outside India.
