86. Identification and attachment of property of proclaimed person.

The Court issuing a proclamation under section 84 may, upon a written request by the police officer not below the rank of a Superintendent of Police or Commissioner of Police, initiate the process of identification, attachment, and forfeiture of property of a proclaimed person in a contracting State, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII.
